Virtual learning expedition on the Energy Transition for TotalEnergies top talents

Challenge & Context

TotalEnergies organizes a learning expedition each year for its 80 top talents as part of their leadership program, to help them get inspiration and insights from the outside and reflect on the company’s transformation. Amid the Covid pandemic, they decided to shift to a virtual format, with the challenge of making it an exciting and overwhelming experience.

Outcome

We organized a series of fast-paced live virtual interactive events in 5 modules of 2h30 with curated inspiring speakers from the industry from around the world, and many activities and sharing moments to keep energy, engagement and excitement high. The experience was designed to bring insights on how leaders at TotalEnergies can help accelerate the energy transition through technology, data, digitalization, ecosystems and the collaborative economy.  The client was highly satisfied and decided to renew the program.
