Case study: Chugai
A learning expedition to meet Stockholm HealthTech ecosystem for the innovators of Chugai
Challenge & Context
The pharmaceutical company Chugai Pharma, a member of the Roche Group, wanted to organize a learning experience about innovation for the innovation team and the winners of an internal innovation contest. They wanted this experience to be a moment of inspiration and reflection about innovation, that is eye-opening and impactful for the 15 participants, and also for the entire company.
Outcome
We’ve proposed and designed a 3-day learning expedition in Stockholm, one of the leading ecosystem in healthtech. Leaders from Chugai have been able to visit and share with key leaders in the HealthTech and life science ecosystem (Karolinska Institute, hospital, HealthTech startups, design agency, Labs, Health Data center…), and enjoyed some recreational activities such as a hike in the beautiful Swedish countryside and themed dinners.
