Challenge & Context

Accorhotels needed to identify startups that can have a real business impact on the group’s key functions (marketing, f&b, in-room service, maintenance and energy).

Outcome

We delivered a monthly startup sourcing based on a 12-criteria grid (Startup KPIs, AccorHotels KPIs, Transformation KPIs) + Quarterly maps for overview. The results have been shared within the company as a newsletter to create awareness in the teams of existing, local startups to work with. Partnership with two startups (Asia), Acquisition of one (Asia)
